John has been a certified mediator for more than ten years. He has successfully assisted parties to settle their disputes in mediation - sparing parties the additional time, expense, and emotional toll of a trial. Since opening his Durant office, John has provided mediation services through Southern Oklahoma Mediation, offering both half and full day mediations at flat rate prices. John’s varied courtroom experience and representation of parties on both sides of the aisle allows him to bring a practical perspective to mediating any dispute.

John has also served as an arbitrator for parties who have entered into arbitration agreements. His representation of clients in arbitrations before the NYSE, NASD, FINRA and AAA has provided him with the experience required to serve as a neutral arbitrator.
